Beschrijving pension

In the heart of the Poitou Charentes countryside, 60 km south of the Loire is the small medieval town of Airvault. Here we offer a warm relaxed welcome to, The Voltaire, our 19th Century mansion home.
Situated in the centre of Airvault, there are 5 large individually styled and furnished kingsized and twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Luxuriously thick bath sheets and hand towels are supplied. All bedrooms have deep sprung mattresses and 100% cotton bed linen and come with a TV and DVD player, a hair dryer, table and easy chairs. We can put a temporary bed in your room to accommodate a child under 12.
There is also a cosy library, with an open fire lit in winter, and a sitting room styled in a cooler manner which has a more tranquil atmosphere. The outside space is to be enjoyed - a rear garden and a freestanding pool.
Breakfast is continental. Evening meals are available on request and include 4 courses, wine and coffee.
