La Vieille Cure

It is our pleasure to welcome you to La Vieille Cure a beautiful 17th century presbytery nestled in the pretty market town of Couhe (as featured in the April addition of French Property News). 35 kms south of Poitiers in the department of the Vienne and right on the edge of the other 3 departments of the Poitou Charentes. Deux Sevres, Charentes, and Charentes Maritime, an ideal location to explore the whole of the Charentes.
Previous guests have described La Vieille Cure as more of a Country House Hotel. A 400 year old Vicarage steeped in History, with a warm welcoming ambience, spacious en-suite bedrooms all with an individual décor of their own, all the home comforts of hydro jet massage showers, tea and coffee making facilities, television and large queen size or twin beds, the rooms are centrally heated for the winter months, and all have large floor standing fans for the hot balmy summer nights.
